One blanket. Fifty US states. Many countries. Hundreds of families. One common thread!

Google Map Of Route

Ben's dad, Martin, has put together a Google Map to help us visually see where our afghan has been! The locations are marked with our button, the location of the afghan and the blog link to the family who currently has the afghan.

Each time the afghan is send to another state or country, I will update the link, as it will change as more locations are added! (Just a warning for anyone who wants to link this on their blog as well!)

He did an amazing job! Danke, Martin!

Here it is!

Can I just request that you not use the street address for privacy? Perhaps just the center of town or something? Otherwise I love it!

Very cool! Although I thought I would participate, I have to pass for now, but I will enjoy watching the journey! Just a truly wonderful idea!!!♥

An Afghan Of Their Own Fund

This fund has been created through The T21 Traveling Afghan Project in order to provide afghans for children with Down syndrome who are ill or facing other challenges.

This money goes towards purchasing yarn and covering the shipping costs of the afghan. You may make a donation towards a specific child or donate to the fund in general.

When you donate, the child will be sent a card with your name on it and you will be informed as to which child your donation provided an afghan to.

If you are interesting in donating to An Afghan Of Their Own Fund, please contact me at chandosjoy@gmail.com
