Sheridan's First Birthday!
You should all remember the adorable Mr. Sheridan from his turn with the Traveling Afghan or from the entry regarding his own afghan.
Well, Mr. Sheridan just turned one and guess who was the "guest of honor" on his birthday cake? That's right, his very own afghan!!
His mom, Lisa, wanted a cake from Salt Cake City, but due to the location, an actual cake wouldn't work. However, cake decorator Jennifer, did the next best thing and sent a fake cake to put on the real cake.

She did an amazing job and I am so giddy to see one of my afghans being held so close to one little boy's heart that it would grace his birthday cake!!
